Pigar Pigar

Pigar pigar, is a very popular street food in Philipines, specially in Dagupan it’s so popular it has its own festival. This dish is a very simple dish that is made out really thin slices of beef and liver quickly deep-fried and served with fresh slices of onions. Though the popular meat used nowadays is beef the original version uses carabeef eat that comes from carabao, also called water buffalo. The price starts at P120 and it can increase to P500 depending on its size. Pigar pigar is so papular thats why even in Urdaneta, some eatery offers it. Base from my experience eating this street food, this recipe can be served or used in any occasion. The food is delicious and all the ingredients compliment with each other.
